i believe not in god but the great ommipresent invisable pink unicorn!!
i just happen to find this rare gem of a article on wikipedia while searching up another phrase "i believe in the FSM!" which left me wondering what the fuck is FSM?
well… i’ll save u the 10 seconds it takes for u lazy buggers to type it out on yahu or gogle.. it means "flying spagatti monster" =) u can go look it up if u’re interested in a really qurky way to protest against something
the thing about religion is that it tends to rely on blind faith and believe in the ommipresent and all power god in everything it comes into contact with.
lets say a relative is dying… and people ask u to pray and sacrifice something… 2 senarios could happen..
1. he/she dies
to which people will tell you god/goddess wants him/her to be with him/her ( god/goddess is unisex i think or he could be male or female? depending on which religion you believe in)
2 he/she survives
to which people which tell u god has heard your prayers and you should be happy with that and give more money and spend more time at the temple/church/mosque/ etc etc….
something interesting right? well.. to religious people thats propostrous!!!! and then i should be burned at the stake and turned upside down and have something really blunt shafed up my you know what..
well.. this is a discussion and we’re discussing so keep those hammers and knifes down and hear me out.. why am i writing this? well, read the following extract
" The "believers" famous sayings about faith in the invisible pink unicorn is that, like other religions, it is founded in science and faith. Science - that states that she must be invisible, since we cannot see her. Faith - because we know in our heart that the invisible pink unicorn exists. This is of course a parody of the theological reasoning of other religions. "
enough of that and let me blog! haha… this weekend was really tooo quiet.. i hate quiet weekends..

Hi Andrew, it is not important what you believe in, however most imporantly is, to consistantly question yourself:
- What have you learn from the belief you are engage with…
- What has it taught you…
- Have you gain insatiable happiness that last? or emptiness after that…
I believe so long we keep this in mind, any kind of religion is good, and it is important to have the correct faith, and the person who propagates it having the correct philosophy of life.
A father of a church may be corrupted, but doesn’t mean the whole community can be corrupted in thinking.
Daisaku Ikeda often said, anyone with the determination of a burning fire will always die down. This is perfectly normal. All humans are suppose to be like that. It is normal to think bad once a while because humans are not perfect. So when one feel his determination fades with time, then he should refresh it! If you fell down for 7 times, then pick yourself up on the 8th! So long the disciples hold a strong bond with the mentor, even a district leader with distorted mind will refresh his determination and turn good.
A correct faith in life should be a faith that constantly reminds you, encourage you not to give up. Comrades of the same faith who struggle along with you through life and death. Where will you find such kind of comrades in faith? These people are then called the “True Friends”, the ‘Blood Brothers and ‘Blood Sisters’ of life!
